Our recurring 8-week sessions run on a continuous, rotating basis throughout the year. We observe time off aligning with standard school breaks, including Spring Break, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Year holidays. All classes are designed for beginners to intermediate students.
Throwing on the Wheel for Adults age 18+
COST: $250+$20 studio fee+clay
Students in this class will learn how to prepare clay, center, open, pull walls, shape, and trim. They will learn about glazing and will have access to all glazes offered in our studio. Clay, tools, equipment, glazes, and firings are provided. Classes are 2 hours long and meet once a week for 8 weeks. No experience necessary!

Hand-Building for Adults age 18 +

Students in this class will learn the three techniques of hand-building: pinch, coil, and slab. They will use these techniques to create both functional and decorative pieces of their own design. We’ll talk about glazing and students will have access to all glazes offered in our studio. Clay, tools, equipment, glazes and firings are included. Classes are 2 hrs long and meet once a week for 8 weeks. No experience necessary!

Hand-Building for Homeschoolers age 7 and older
COST: $230
This class is perfect for homeschoolers looking to explore the world of clay! It is taught on Friday mornings. Students in this class will complete four (4) projects chosen by the instructor, with input requested from class members. Projects will be announced before the first day and teach various hand-building techniques including pinch, coil, and slab. The 8-week class consists of four (4) making days and four (4) glazing days, as well as free time to explore and create on their own (as time allows). Classes are 1.5 hours long and meet once a week.
