Join us for a fun, hands-on pottery class experience! This 2-hour, intro class is a fantastic way to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, or simply enjoy a memorable time together with friends and loved ones. During the class, we’ll guide you through each step of the creative process, helping you make something you will treasure forever.

Clay Nights are held on select Saturdays. You'll choose your group's activity: Hand-Building (age 7 and older) OR Throwing on the Wheel (for age 13 and older). Scroll down for more information, and to book your class!

Hand-Building 2 Hr. Class

What is Hand-building? This is a fun technique using only your hands and other helpful tools. You’ll roll, pinch, coil, or sculpt the clay to make a project of your choosing. Come with some ideas and we will help you bring them to life. Don’t worry, your instructor will be there to teach you everything you need to know!

Cost: $50 per person

Discount: 10% off for groups of 6; must register all 6 at once. Contact us for the discount code.

Age Requirement: 7 years and older (perfect for kids)

Details:

No experience needed

Class size: 6 max

Create a project of your choice with help from the instructor. No pottery wheel used.

Additional clay available for purchase in the studio.

Glazing:

OPTION 1: You choose the glaze; we glaze and fire for you (included)

OPTION 2: You will paint your piece with underglaze the last 30 minutes of class. This option is $5 extra. Once your piece is fired, we will glaze it with clear glaze and fire it again, bringing the underglaze to life and making it food safe. Let your instructor know if you choose this option. You’ll pay in class with Venmo or cash. No change will be available.

Throwing on the Wheel 2 hr. Class

What is throwing on the potter’s wheel? This is a fun pottery technique that involves your hands, water, clay, a few basic tools, and the wheel. With the help of your instructor, you’ll be able to create your very own bowl, cup, planter or plate.
